Strategi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Profesional Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran (Studi Kasus Di Smp Negeri 29 Surabaya Dan Smp Negeri 20 Malang)

This study aims to describe about profiles, efforts and impacts of professional Islamic Education teacher in improving the quality learning at SMP Negeri 29 Surabaya 20 Malang. uses a qualitative approach with case type, where collecting data is conducted by interview, observation documentation. The obtained were then analyzed using interactive analysis technique Miles, Huberman Saldana consisting condensation, presentation verification. Checking validity triangulation technique. results this are 1) profiles have criteria as preacher Islam, executor values teachings an example good true religious community. 2) that making preparations compiling lesson plans, optimizing implementation learning, developing variations methods, maximizing use online-based media recommended government such youtube, whatsapp group, microsoft teams 365, google classroom, maximize evaluation cognitive, affective psychomotor domains through online media. 3) teachers shown significant improvement learning. proven achievement students get very scores.
